1. Introduction

Welcome to Click2Keep Photo Booth Services ("Click2Keep", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our photobooth products and services.

By placing an order with Click2Keep, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

3. Products and Services

3.1 Packages

Every package includes the complete photobooth: hardware (tablet and thermal printer), the Click2Keep photobooth software, your choice of cabinet design, professional photo capture, thermal printing, the QR code download system, kiosk mode for unattended operation and complete branding customization. The packages differ in the length of app access and in whether the vendo feature is included.

• Startup Package — complete photobooth package with 1 month of app access.
• Premium Package — complete photobooth package with lifetime app access.
• Business Package — complete photobooth package with lifetime app access, plus the vendo feature for unattended self-service operation with GCash and QRPh payments.

Current pricing, including any promotional pricing, is shown on the order page at the time you place your order and forms part of your order confirmation.

3.2 Cabinet Designs

You choose one cabinet design with your order. The designs currently offered are Modern Dark Wood, Modern Light Wood and Modern White. Availability of individual designs may change; the designs available to you are those shown on the order page when you order.

3.3 App Access

“App access” means the right to run the Click2Keep photobooth software on the supplied machine, together with software updates and technical support. The Startup Package includes 1 month of app access from activation; the Premium and Business Packages include lifetime app access. Where app access has lapsed, the machine's photobooth functions are unavailable until access is renewed.

3.4 Production Time

Production of photobooth hardware takes approximately 5-15 business days from order confirmation and payment receipt. Production time may vary based on current order volume and material availability.

4. Orders and Payment

4.1 Order Process

To place an order:

1. Complete the order form on our website with accurate information
2. Select your preferred package and design
3. Choose your payment method
4. Submit your order
5. Receive order confirmation via email

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfer (BPI): 50% down payment required
• GCash: 50% down payment required
• Credit Card: Full payment

4.3 Payment Terms

• Manual Payment Methods (Bank Transfer, GCash): 50% down payment required to start production. Remaining 50% must be paid before shipping.
• Credit Card Payment: Full payment charged immediately.
• All prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP).
• Payment must be received before production begins.

5. Delivery and Shipping

5.1 Shipping Methods

• Philippines (nationwide): Free shipping via LBC
• International orders: Shipping via UPS, paid by the customer

5.2 Shipping Costs

Free shipping applies to deliveries within the Philippines only, and is sent via LBC. International orders are shipped via UPS at the customer's expense; the shipping cost is quoted and confirmed before final payment. Any import duties, customs charges or local taxes in the destination country are the customer's responsibility.

5.3 Delivery Address

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. Click2Keep is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

5.4 Delivery Time

After production is complete and final payment is received, delivery typically takes:

• LBC (nationwide): 5-15 business days depending on location
• UPS (international): timeframe varies by destination and is confirmed with the shipping quote

6. Warranties and Returns

6.1 Hardware Warranty

Click2Keep provides a 6-month warranty on the tablet and thermal printer included in every package — Startup, Premium and Business — covering:

• Manufacturing defects
• Hardware malfunctions under normal use
• Component failures not caused by misuse

6.2 Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does NOT cover:

• Physical damage from drops, impacts, or accidents
• Water damage or exposure to liquids
• Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from improper use or negligence
• Software issues caused by third-party applications

6.3 Software License

The Click2Keep software license is non-transferable. For the Premium and Business Packages the license is perpetual, and software updates and technical support are provided for the lifetime of the product. For the Startup Package the license and support run for the app access period included with that package, and may be renewed.

6.4 Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within 15 days of delivery. We will provide repair or replacement at our discretion. See our Refund Policy for complete details.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

7.1 Cancellation Before Production

If you cancel your order BEFORE production starts:

• Full refund minus 10% processing fee
• Refund processed within 7-14 business days

7.2 No Refunds During or After Production

Once production begins or is completed:

• NO REFUNDS will be issued
• This applies even if you change your mind
• Order cannot be cancelled

7.3 Defective Products

For defective products within 15 days of delivery:

• We will provide repair or replacement (no cash refunds)
• Customer must provide proof of defect (photos/videos)
• Return shipping costs covered by Click2Keep if defect is confirmed

8. Customer Responsibilities

8.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including:

• Contact information (name, email, phone)
• Delivery address
• Business information
• Design preferences

8.2 Product Use

You agree to:

• Use the photobooth for lawful purposes only
• Not modify or reverse-engineer the software
• Not resell or redistribute the software license
• Follow all operating instructions provided
• Maintain the hardware according to guidelines

8.3 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Photos taken using the photobooth
• Compliance with privacy laws regarding photo capture
• Obtaining necessary permissions from photobooth users
• Content displayed on the photobooth screen

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Software Ownership

The Click2Keep software, including all code, designs, and features, is the exclusive property of Click2Keep Photo Booth Services. Your purchase grants you a license to use the software, not ownership of it.

9.2 License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the software
• Reverse engineer or decompile the software
• Remove or alter any copyright notices
• Transfer your license to another party
• Use the software on unauthorized devices

9.3 Trademarks

Click2Keep and associated logos are trademarks of Click2Keep Photo Booth Services. You may not use our trademarks without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Business Use

Our photobooths are intended for commercial/business use. Click2Keep is not liable for:

• Loss of business revenue or profits
• Loss of business opportunities
• Damage to business reputation
• Indirect or consequential damages

10.2 Maximum Liability

Our maximum liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

10.3 Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for:

• Payment processing issues
• Shipping delays or damage (handled by LBC)
• Internet connectivity issues
• Third-party software or services

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012. We are committed to protecting your privacy and securing your data.

12. Modifications to Terms

Click2Keep reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pampanga, Philippines.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Click2Keep Photo Booth Services regarding your purchase.
